License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SantaSnap for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Free trial: 1 transformation
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the end of the period
• Manage subscriptions in your device settings
• No refunds for unused portions

User Content

• You retain all rights to your photos
• By using the app, you grant us permission to process your photos to provide the service
• We do not claim ownership of your photos
• We do not use your photos for training AI models or any purpose other than providing transformations

Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Use the app for illegal purposes
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the app
• Use the app to harm others or violate their rights

AI-Generated Content

• Christmas transformations are generated using AI technology
• Results may vary based on input image quality
• We do not guarantee specific results
• Generated images are for personal use only

Intellectual Property

• SantaSnap and all its content are owned by SidInTech
• App design, code, and features are protected by copyright
• Christmas style prompts and transformations are our intellectual property

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app for violation of these terms.
