These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and SidinarTech ("we", "us") regarding your use of the MyMediQui mobile application ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App lets you upload study material and generate practice quizzes and related study tools. Features, limits, and content may change over time. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial study and is not a substitute for professional medical, clinical, academic, or legal advice.
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use the App. You are responsible for any activity on your account and for keeping your device and login credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
The App offers a free tier with daily usage limits and a paid "Pro" subscription with extended limits and premium features. A free trial may be offered to new subscribers; unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the price shown at purchase.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and auto-renew for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Apple Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions. Prices and available plans may change; any changes will be communicated before they apply to a renewal.
Payments are processed by Apple and are subject to the App Store refund policy. We cannot issue refunds directly. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
You keep ownership of the documents, text, and other materials you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to process Your Content solely to operate and provide the App (for example, to extract text, generate quiz questions, and show them back to you).
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload Your Content and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party right.

Quiz questions and explanations may be generated automatically from Your Content using AI. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying generated content before relying on it, especially for exams, clinical decisions, or any high-stakes purpose.
The App, its design, code, branding, and default content are owned by SidinarTech and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you in these Terms, no other rights are granted.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will be accurate or suitable for your purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SidinarTech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (for example, ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you inside the App. Continued use of the App after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are not affected.
